CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
PartyX shall be entitled to retain the non-refundable, non-transferable deposit if the customer decides to cancel the event for any reason, regardless of when such a decision is made. PartyX must be notified in writing if the event is canceled. Only in the case when PartyX cancels an event for whatever reason then the deposits are refundable.
PAYMENTS TERMS
All events are 100% prepaid, prior to the event date. For reservations over €1,500 we have some flexibility.
