LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You must agree and accept that PartyX is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of your use of the website or its services during your event, including any loss or damage resulting from errors or omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer, or any other use of the website or our services.

CANCELLATION OF EVENTS

All bookings with PartyX are secured by advance payment. This payment confirms your date, time, and location, and ensures staffing, logistics, and equipment are reserved exclusively for your event. For this reason, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation by the client, regardless of when such notice is given. When a booking is confirmed, we also decline other bookings for the same date and time, which is why refunds cannot be offered once your reservation is secured.

Any change requests must be submitted in writing, and only minor adjustments to start times (within a 30-minute window) may be accommodated. Requests for larger time changes are treated as new bookings and subject to availability and pricing.

In the rare instance that PartyX is unable to deliver the agreed service and must cancel, all payments made will be fully refunded.

OPERATING HOURS

PartyX standard operating hours are up to midnight. Services requested beyond this time fall outside regular operations and may only be accepted at the discretion of the management team. Such overnight bookings are subject to additional costs to cover staffing, logistics, and extended operating expenses. Clients wishing to book events beyond midnight must contact PartyX prior to making a reservation to confirm availability and rates.

PAYMENTS TERMS

All events are 100% prepaid, prior to the event date. For reservations over €1,500 we have some flexibility.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, AND RESTRICTIONS OF USE

This website contains material that we own or have permission to use. The design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks, and graphics are all examples of this material. You are not permitted to reproduce any of the website’s papers, information, or resources for the purpose of resale or third-party usage. You may not republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise, or distribute any of the materials, documents, or items that may be available for download on this website from time to time. All copyright and trademarks in all documents, information, and materials on our website are expressly reserved by PartyX, and we retain the right to take legal action against you if you violate them.

UNLIMITED PHOTOS POLICY

All photo booth packages include unlimited photo sessions during the booked service time. However, “unlimited” does not mean unlimited printed copies. Each package includes a fair-use print allowance suitable for standard event sizes.

For events with more than 500 guests and/or where more than 500 printed photos are required, an additional charge of €100+vat applies per extra 500 guests and/or 500 prints.

This policy ensures consistent service quality, equipment reliability, and sufficient supplies for all events.

PHOTOS, FILM, MATERIAL & COPYRIGHTS

The client grants full permission to PartyX to share the images, videos, and any other material collected during the client’s event on PartyX’s social media, websites, and any other physical and digital means for commercial purposes.
